“Growing up in a medical household, I found an interest in medicine at a young age and becoming a physician assistant became my life goal. Using my passion for medicine, I want to help improve the lives of others. Using a patient-centered approach allows me to focus on treating the whole patient, free of judgement. I strive to make sure that your concerns are heard and addressed, and that you never feel rushed. I treat each of my patients like I would my own family. “My passion is preventative medicine and whole-person care. I enjoy working with patients to create personalized plans that are realistic, sustainable, and fit naturally into their everyday lives. I also have experience in emergency medicine, where I gained valuable insight in handling high-stress situations. However, over time, I felt called to primary care, where I can build strong, lasting relationships with patients. I believe in meeting patients where they are and working together to find practical solutions that support both their short-term needs and long-term health goals. My goal is to empower each patient to take an active role in their health and to feel supported every step of the way, not only in managing illness but also in creating a healthier, more balanced life.”

“As a nurse practitioner, I feel it is such an honor and a privilege to be part of your healthcare team. I understand how vital it is to have a medical provider whom you feel comfortable with and easy to talk to. My approach with each of my patients is to be fully present, compassionate, and understanding. Not only do I treat the physical ailment, but the person as a whole-emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. After years of studying yoga, meditation, and eastern philosophy, I have developed an interest in Integrative medicine using natural remedies and alternative modalities. I look forward to assisting you and your family towards a happy and healthy lifestyle.”
